In the unfortunate event that a property isn’t rented out then rental income will not be paid. We spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that we source properties where the risk of it being empty is very low. It is important to know that you will still own your share of the company and therefore the house but you will not be receiving a rental return for that vacant period.
