The Parklane Group. This enables us to pay rent to our investors whilst the properties are funding.
Whether it's our low fees, or our inflation busting returns, our numbers do all the talking.
I decided to invest with UOWN to start earning a decent return on my savings. Historically property has been a reliable investment so I’m confident that my investment will grow to provide a foundation and security for my children. The fact that UOWN is backed by Parklane, a well established company with great track record in the UK, was the deciding factor for me.
I’m currently saving up for a vintage saxophone from the 1930s, which will cost a fair few thousand pounds, so I want any investments that can help me towards that. When I had a bit of money spare I decided to invest in the properties and, when I saw the returns, I invested some more.
At the start of summer I received some extra money through an inheritance and I wanted to use the money in the way that my dad would want me to. So I decided to get into property.
The fact that the property doesn’t have to be fully funded for you to get returns is quite unique.
I don’t have a large amount of money to be able to buy a house, but I like the idea of investing in property. This gave me the option to do that from as little as £20. This process for investing is probably one of the easiest going. Very little jargon and very simple to use.
With some property crowdfunders you’ve got to wait for them to buy the property, complete the legals and rent it out, which can take six months. With UOWN I started earning interest from day one, and that suits me because I like to have the money coming in sooner rather than later.
I want to obtain more financial freedom in my life through investing, so if I can get a good return and do what I want with my life, then that’s a good thing.
My aim is to put in £20,000 overall.
