Our services run and customer data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS are a massive and well respected global computer services company. BBC's iPlayer runs on AWS. Others large companies running their systems on AWS include NASA, GE, McDonalds, Vodafone, Financial Times, NASDAQ, Unilever, Samsung and thousands more.

The FCA are very strict regarding data security and require annual proof that, in the event of a disaster anywhere in our systems, the systems stay up and customer data is uncompromised.

We also have our system tested by ethical hackers who attempt to get in to the system using the latest techniques, allowing us to fix any issues that may arise.
