With developments we hope to offer investors a range of exit opportunities. This will not be the case on every project and is something we will work towards.
In short some developments will be built to either sell as a block to institutional investors or individual units to owner occupiers but in the future we may look to list a unit from a development on the platform so that investors can benefit from development gains or rental income once a project completes. These options will be clearly stated in a projects Information Memorandum documentation.
Please note that this will be on select developments and not something we do on earlier developments.
