Work has begun in earnest at Harold Place - we have completed the purchase of the property and the strip out has begun. Below is a list of smaller but essential tasks that must happen early on in the project to make sure that it is not delayed further down the line.

• Utility connections planned and appropriate companies contacted.
• Building made safe from an electrical and gas standpoint.
• Structural surveys underway - initial survey and in depth after strip out.
• Building strip out.
• Contact and consult with local contractors for costings and availability.
