Work has begun in earnest at Harold Place - we have completed the purchase of the property and the strip out has begun. Below is a list of smaller but essential tasks that must happen early on in the project to make sure that it is not delayed further down the line.

Building made safe from an electrical and gas standpoint.
Structural surveys underway - initial survey and in depth after strip out.
Building strip out.
Contact and consult with local contractors for costings and availability.
