How often will I get updates on my investment?

Communication is key, and we aim to keep you well-informed throughout your investment journey. Here's what you can expect:

Regular updates: For active projects, we typically send updates every 1-2 months via email. These updates cover progress milestones, photos from the site, any challenges or wins, and timeline adjustments. The frequency might vary – during crucial phases (like finishing work), updates might be more frequent; during slower periods (like waiting for planning approvals), they might be less so.

Dashboard access: You can log into your UOWN account anytime to check on your investments. While the dashboard might not have daily updates, it shows your portfolio status and any recent project news.

Milestone notifications: You'll definitely hear from us at key moments like when the project is fully funded, when construction starts, when major phases complete, and of course when the project exits and returns are distributed.

Ad-hoc updates: If something significant happens (good or bad), we'll let you know promptly. For example, if a project secures a major pre-sale or faces an unexpected delay, we won't wait for the regular update cycle.

Annual statements: At least once a year, you'll receive a summary of your UOWN investments for your records (useful for tax purposes).
