If not, can I invest via Stocks & Shares ISA or pension?

Unfortunately, you cannot hold UOWN investments directly in a Stocks & Shares ISA, but pensions might be possible:

Stocks & Shares ISA: No - UOWN investments don't qualify as these aren't listed securities or authorised funds.

SIPP/SSAS: Some Self-Invested Personal Pensions or Small Self-Administered Schemes might allow it, but most don't permit unregulated investments.

Check with your provider: If you have a SIPP/SSAS, ask your pension provider if they allow crowdfunded property investments.

Process if allowed: Your pension trustee would need to make the investment on behalf of your pension, not you personally.

Documentation: We can provide necessary documentation, but cannot guarantee your provider will accept it.

Most common approach: Most investors hold UOWN investments personally and manage tax through annual allowances and planning.
