What is the minimum and maximum I can invest?

You can start investing on UOWN with as little as £50. That's the minimum investment per project – nice and accessible for beginners. There's no strict maximum on how much you can invest; we don't impose an upper cap. However, remember that these are high-risk investments, so it's wise not to put too many eggs in one basket (more on that in our Risk & Strategy section).

Whether you want to invest £50 or £50,000, just ensure it fits your financial situation and diversification strategy. UOWN's mission is to democratise property investment – so low minimums and flexibility are key. (Fun fact: historically our minimum was even lower, but we found £50 hits the sweet spot for simplicity and covering transaction costs.)
