How can I make a complaint?

We take complaints seriously and want to resolve any issues quickly:

Email: Send your complaint to complaints@uown.co or support@uown.co with 'Complaint' in the subject line.

Phone: Call us during business hours to discuss your complaint directly.

Post: Write to UOWN Complaints, 3rd Floor, Northgate, 118 North Street, Leeds, LS2 7PN.

What to include: Your account details, description of the issue, when it occurred, what outcome you're seeking, and any relevant documentation.

Acknowledgment: We'll acknowledge your complaint within 24-48 hours and provide a reference number.

Don't delay: Report issues promptly while details are fresh and evidence is available.
