Why didn’t my bank deposit reflect?

If your investment payment hasn't gone through, here's what to check:

Processing time: With Yapily open banking, payments are usually instant (seconds). Payments sent late or on weekends may not process until the next business day.

Reference number: Ensure you completed the bank authorisation process when redirected to your bank's website. Without it, we may struggle to match the payment to your account.

Bank confirmation: Check your bank account to confirm the payment was debited. Open banking payments show immediately.

Name matching: You must invest from your own bank account. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Amount limits: Very large investments might trigger additional security checks with your bank.
