Why have I not received project updates?

Missing project updates can be frustrating. Here's how to resolve it:

Check spam folder: Updates often end up in spam/junk. Mark UOWN emails as 'not spam' and add us to your contacts.

Email settings: Log into your UOWN account and check your communication preferences aren't set to opt-out.

Correct email: Verify your registered email address is correct and active in your account settings.

Update frequency: Remember that updates are typically monthly or bi-monthly, not weekly. Check when the last update was sent.

Dashboard check: Updates are also posted in your account dashboard if you miss the emails.

Technical issue: If others are receiving updates but you're not, contact support@uown.co to investigate.
