What if funds are debited but not invested?

If money left your bank but the investment wasn't confirmed, here's what's happening:

Processing delay: While open banking is usually instant, there can occasionally be a brief delay. Check again in 5-10 minutes.

Investment confirmation: Check your dashboard for an investment confirmation. You should also receive an email confirmation.

Project funding status: If the project didn't reach its funding target, your money will be refunded directly to your bank account.

Technical glitch: Occasionally, technical issues can cause delays. The system usually resolves these automatically.

Cooling-off period: Remember you have 14 days to cancel, during which the investment shows as pending.
