Pop-up blockers: Disable pop-up blockers temporarily as they can interfere with verification windows.

Mobile issues: If the mobile site has problems, try using desktop mode or switch to a computer.

Verification timeout: The identity verification process may time out. If this happens, start fresh rather than resuming.
