How do I cancel or amend a transaction?

Your options depend on the type and timing of the transaction:

Investment cancellation: You have a 14-day cooling-off period after investing. Use the 'Cancel Investment' option in your dashboard or contact us.

After cooling-off: Once the 14 days pass and the project proceeds, investments cannot be canceled or amended.

Pending payments: Once authorised through open banking, payments process immediately and can't be stopped.

Return processing: If you're due returns but haven't completed KYC, they'll be held until verification is complete.

Amount changes: You can't change an investment amount after confirming. You'd need to cancel (if within 14 days) and reinvest.
